Taught by Stephen Bulmer, Head Chef of the Brook Hall Cookery School and the previous Chef/Director of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Le Manoir, you will prepare and create a delicious gourmet menu that incorporates a range of cookery techniques and a variety of flavours.
