From chilli chicken kebabs to paneer tikkas, this is the class for cookery enthusiasts. You don’t need cookery experience as you will be taught the entire process for each dish from start to finish. The key difference is the focus on spices; so it’s not just how to, but why and when to use spices, how to use all your senses to discover your palette and learn how to make a difference in taste. It’s fast, furious and fun.
Classes are small, with a maximum of six participants, to ensure that you will get plenty of one to one tuition.
